ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

This workshop is designed to provide participants with both conceptual understanding and practical expertise in cancer microbiome sequencing workflows, Oxford Nanopore sequencing, bioinformatics analysis using EPI2ME, and clinical interpretation of microbial profiling for translational oncology applications.
