Welcome to the Indian Cancer Genome Atlas (ICGA) Foundation website.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term “we”, “us”, “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean ICGA FOUNDATION, whose registered office is Bhageerath, Vetal Chowk, 402E, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune, Maharashtra, India, Pune MAHARASHTRA 411016 . “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your registration for ICGA events / Annual Meetings and Conferences are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

  • The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice.
  • Registration is confirmed only after the full payment of the applicable registration fee.
  • Participants must pay the registration fee in INR using one of the specified modes of payment on the ICGA event page.
  • Bank charges / transaction fees must be covered by the participant in addition to the registration fee.
  • The registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, lunch, and tea during the meeting. Accommodation and travel must be arranged separately by participants.
  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, venue, or speakers at any time without prior notice.
  • Registration is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the ICGA Organizing Committee.
  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
