All registration fees are non-refundable, except in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate payment made for the same registration
Verified technical errors during the payment process
In such cases, participants must email a refund request to icga2025@icga.co.in within 7 working days of the transaction. The request must include payment proof and registration details.
Approved refunds will be processed subject to verification by ICGA.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend due to personal reasons.
