Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All registration fees are non-refundable, except in the following exceptional cases:
    • Duplicate payment made for the same registration
    • Verified technical errors during the payment process
  • In such cases, participants must email a refund request to icga2025@icga.co.in within 7 working days of the transaction. The request must include payment proof and registration details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed subject to verification by ICGA.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend due to personal reasons.
