1. Overview

The Indian Cancer Genome Atlas (ICGA) Foundation is a not-for-profit organization. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Our services are digital in nature and include:

  • Registration and participation in scientific events such as the ICGA2025 Annual Meeting,
  • Acceptance of donations (INR only) to support cancer genomics research in India,
  • Issuance of 80G tax exemption receipts for eligible donations.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we deliver confirmations, receipts, and other relevant communications for these activities.

2. Event Registrations (ICGA2025)

  • Upon successful payment of the registration fee for ICGA events, you will receive:
    • A confirmation email acknowledging your registration,
    • A payment receipt,
    • Follow-up communications with event access details and agenda (closer to the event date).
  • No physical tickets or documents will be couriered or delivered by post.
  • All communication will be sent via the email address provided at the time of registration.
  • Please ensure that your email address is accurate and functional.

3. Donations

  • All donations to ICGA Foundation are voluntary and non-tangible.
  • ICGA currently accepts donations in Indian Rupees (₹) only.
  • Donors will receive:
    • A digital acknowledgment email upon successful donation,
    • An 80G tax exemption receipt, sent via email within 7–10 business days of receipt confirmation.
  • No physical receipts or merchandise will be sent.

If you do not receive your confirmation or receipt within the specified timeline, please write to us at communications@icga.co.in with your full name, registered email ID, and payment reference number. For conference/event related queries, please write to icga2025@icga.co.in.

5. Digital-Only Services

As a nonprofit organization, ICGA:

  • Does not offer physical delivery or shipping of goods,
  • Operates primarily through digital and email-based communications,
  • May occasionally share printed materials only at physical events (e.g., badges or kits handed out on-site).
